Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist with strong expertise in VMware virtualization technologies, enterprise infrastructure management, and system administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining highly available and scalable infrastructure environments across VMware, Nutanix, Dell, and HPE platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and manage VMware vSphere environments.

- Configure and maintain VMware vSAN infrastructure.

- Support VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) deployments and operations.

- Monitor infrastructure health using VMware Aria Operations.

- Manage and support Dell VxRail infrastructure.

- Administer Nutanix environments and hyperconverged infrastructure.

- Support HPE server and infrastructure platforms.

- Perform infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Execute patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and disaster recovery planning.

- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

- Ensure infrastructure security, availability, and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure administration and virtualization technologies.

- Strong hands-on experience with VMware products including vSphere, vSAN, VCF, and Aria Operations.

- Experience with HPE and Dell infrastructure platforms.

- Experience working with Dell VxRail and Nutanix solutions.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- VMware certifications.

- Experience with enterprise data center operations.

- Exposure to cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.

- Knowledge of infrastructure automation and monitoring tools.
