We're looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure Specialist with 7-11 years of experience in middleware and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the full lifecycle of middleware management, from automated deployment to advanced troubleshooting and performance tuning. You'll be a key player in ensuring the security, reliability, and scalability of our infrastructure while providing top-tier operational support.

Key Responsibilities :

Middleware Management : Deploy, configure, and maintain middleware stacks, leveraging automation tools like Ansible. You'll handle all aspects of troubleshooting, from Level 3 issue resolution to analyzing thread and heap dumps. You'll also be responsible for planning and executing regular patching and system maintenance.

Cloud & Containerization : Migrate and manage middleware solutions in the cloud, particularly on AWS. You'll work with services like EC2, S3, Lambda, Fargate, and EKS, and have hands-on experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Podman.

DevOps & Automation : Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline using tools like GitHub Actions to automate service provisioning and deployments. You will also provide user support for these processes.

Security & Compliance : Ensure the security of our systems by remediating vulnerabilities, managing certificates, and coordinating with audits. You'll ensure all operations adhere to strict security guidelines.

Monitoring & Support : Proactively monitor and tune system performance, specifically JVM tuning for WebSphere/Liberty. You will also provide on-call support for critical issues to ensure operational compliance.

Technical Skills :

Middleware : WebSphere/Liberty, Ansible, Ansible Tower.

Cloud & Containerization : AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, Fargate, EKS, IAM, CDK), Kubernetes, Docker, Podman.

CI/CD & DevOps : GitHub Actions.

API & Integration : REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth tokens, Postman, Apigee, Kong API.

Security : Vulnerability remediation, Certificate management (CSR), Audit coordination.

Troubleshooting : Thread/heap dump analysis, JVM tuning.

Experience & Education :

Experience : 7-11 years of experience in an infrastructure or systems administration role, with a strong focus on middleware and cloud environments.

Education : A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
