About the Role :

We are hiring an Infrastructure Service Manager to oversee our IT operations, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across our infrastructure stack.

Key Responsibilities :

- Infrastructure Management: Manage on-premise, cloud, server, storage, database and virtualisation infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.

- Network Management: Oversee LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN, internet connectivity and network service providers.

- Information Security & Risk: Ensure infrastructure security, access controls, vulnerability management, audits and technology risk compliance.

- IT Service Management: Manage incident, problem, change and service management, including SLA governance and end-user support.

- Business Continuity & Vendors: Drive BCP/DR, infrastructure resilience, vendor management, contracts and technology budgets.

Ideal Profile :

- 10+ years of IT Service Management experience with strong Infrastructure, Network and Trading Technology/Applications exposure.

- ServiceNow and ITIL experience preferred.
