Role Overview :

As an Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager based in Bangalore, you will serve as the strategic bridge between complex enterprise technology ecosystems and business performance.

You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT infrastructure operations, ensuring that our hybrid cloud environments, virtualization platforms, and identity management systems operate with maximum uptime and efficiency.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams, senior stakeholders, and external clients to align technical delivery with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the delivery of enterprise-grade IT infrastructure services, ensuring all operational KPIs and SLAs are consistently met to support business growth.

- Manage the lifecycle of hybrid cloud and virtualization environments, optimizing resource allocation to improve performance and cost-efficiency for the organization.

- Oversee Identity Management and Active Directory operations, implementing robust security protocols to safeguard enterprise assets and user access.

- Direct complex Backup Administration strategies, ensuring comprehensive data protection and rapid recovery capabilities to mitigate operational risks.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the ITSM framework, streamlining incident, problem, and change management processes to enhance service quality.

- Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable infrastructure solutions that support long-term technical roadmaps.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale IT infrastructure and service delivery within complex, multi-site enterprise environments.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse technical teams, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and proactive problem-solving.

- Advanced proficiency in ITIL methodologies and ITSM tools, with a track record of optimizing operational workflows and service desk performance.

- Strong technical acumen in Hybrid Cloud architectures, Virtualization, and Identity Management, allowing for informed decision-making during critical system transitions.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical challenges to non-technical leadership.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 10 - 20 years of progressive experience in IT operations.

- High adaptability to a hybrid work environment, maintaining consistent oversight and team engagement across distributed locations in Bangalore.
