About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Windows and Linux administration, virtualization, datacenter operations, security management, infrastructure automation, and team leadership.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive infrastructure reliability, security, scalability, and operational excellence while managing a team of infrastructure engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain enterprise Windows and Linux infrastructure.

- Administer Windows Server technologies including Active Directory (AD), ADFS, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.

- Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and KVM along with cloud environments such as GCP.

- Lead incident management and resolve critical infrastructure issues including server outages, performance bottlenecks, and network-related incidents within defined SLAs.

- Oversee datacenter operations including server provisioning, hardware management, and infrastructure lifecycle management.

- Drive OS upgrades, patch management, capacity planning, inventory management, and user access management.

- Lead infrastructure modernization and automation initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting tools.

- Work closely with security teams to identify, assess, and remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities.

- Manage backup, disaster recovery, and storage infrastructure including SAN environments.

- Support and maintain middleware technologies such as Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss, WildFly, NGINX, IIS, SSL Certificates, and Load Balancers.

- Ensure proper infrastructure documentation, architecture standards, and operational best practices.

- Lead infrastructure projects from planning to successful implementation.

- Manage and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers while ensuring service delivery excellence.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Linux and Windows Server Administration.

- Expertise in Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.

- Hands-on experience with VMware, KVM, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).

- Good understanding of networking concepts including Routing, Switching, VLANs, Subnetting, VPCs, and Firewall Policies.

- Experience with Backup & Recovery solutions and SAN Storage.

- Exposure to infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting.

- Experience in security patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives.

- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience managing infrastructure teams and large-scale enterprise environments.

- Experience delivering multiple infrastructure transformation or migration projects.

- Exposure to BFSI, FinTech, or large enterprise environments will be an advantage.

Experience Required :

- 9 to 12 years of overall Infrastructure experience.

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of team management experience.
