Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Manager to lead our global IT operations and oversee the stability, scalability, and security of our international technology landscape. In this role, you will serve as the primary architect for our enterprise-grade systems, bridging the gap between complex technical requirements and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership, external vendors, and global stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery across distributed environments. By driving high-availability standards and optimizing cloud-native architectures, you will directly influence the operational efficiency of our business, ensuring that our infrastructure serves as a robust foundation for rapid international growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Orchestrate the end-to-end lifecycle of IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms and on-premise datacenters, to ensure 99.9% uptime for global business operations.

- Direct the implementation of ITIL-aligned service delivery frameworks to streamline incident, change, and problem management processes across international teams.

- Lead large-scale infrastructure transformation projects, managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to deliver scalable solutions that meet evolving business demands.

- Enforce rigorous IT governance and security protocols to protect organizational assets and ensure compliance with international data privacy and regulatory standards.

- Mentor and manage high-performing technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence in system administration and network engineering.

- Optimize storage, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure costs by conducting regular performance audits and implementing resource-efficient architectural improvements.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-site IT environments, with a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid-cloud integration strategies.

- Proven ability to lead incident management and change management workflows within a high-pressure, international corporate environment, ensuring minimal disruption to business continuity.

- Strong proficiency in network administration, storage management, and virtualization technologies, with a focus on building resilient and secure system architectures.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical roadmaps into actionable business insights for executive leadership.

- A strategic mindset toward IT governance and security, capable of balancing rapid deployment needs with stringent risk management and compliance requirements.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or cloud-specific professional credentials.
