Infrastructure Engineer - Windows Server

Position : Infrastructure Engineer

Experience :

- 4 to 7 years of experience in Infrastructure / Cloud Operations

Role Summary :

- Responsible for managing virtual machines, operating systems, and core infrastructure services to ensure stability, performance, and availability

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)

- Administer and support Active Directory (AD) and DNS services

- Handle VM provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management

- Perform patch management, system updates, and security compliance

- Support and maintain load balancer configurations

- Monitor infrastructure health and troubleshoot issues

- Collaborate with application, database, and DevOps teams

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)

- Hands-on expertise in Active Directory (AD) and DNS

- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware / Azure / Hyper-V)

- Good troubleshooting skills in infrastructure environments

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with Azure cloud services

- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Load Balancers, Firewalls)

- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery tools

- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell)

- Exposure to monitoring tools and automation

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Good communication and teamwork abilities

- Ability to work in a production support environment

- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
