Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Network Architect to lead the design, sizing, and deployment of scalable infrastructure and networking solutions across our AI-driven platforms, data ecosystems, and digital products.

This role is critical in enabling high-performance, secure, and scalable deployments across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments, particularly for mission-critical domains such as airport operations and real-time analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Infrastructure Architecture & Sizing :

- Design and size infrastructure for products, platforms, PoCs, and enterprise deployments.

- Define compute, storage, GPU, and networking requirements for AI/ML workloads, real-time data platforms, and analytics systems.

- Create standardized sizing models for small, medium, and large deployments.

2. Network Architecture & Integration :

- Design and implement network architectures aligned with customer environments including on-prem DCs, private cloud, AWS, and Azure.

- Define VPCs, subnets, routing, NAT, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, and secure connectivity patterns.

- Ensure low-latency, high-throughput connectivity for real-time operations.

3. Solution Deployment Architecture :

- Architect end-to-end infrastructure for internal platforms, third-party products, and edge systems.

- Evaluate customer infrastructure readiness and recommend optimizations.

- Support deployment strategies for on-prem, hybrid, cloud-native, and air-gapped environments.

4. Performance, Scalability & Reliability :

- Ensure infrastructure supports high availability, failover, DR strategies, and horizontal/vertical scalability.

- Define benchmarking and capacity planning models.

5. Security & Compliance :

- Design secure infrastructure aligned with enterprise standards (IAM, network isolation, encryption) and compliance (ISO 27001).

- Implement zero-trust principles, secure API flows, and network segmentation.

6. Cross-Functional Leadership :

- Lead infrastructure and network discussions across product design, architecture reviews, and production rollouts.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Data Engineering, and Customer IT teams.

7. Standards, Documentation & Governance :

- Create architecture blueprints, deployment reference architectures, and infrastructure sizing guides.

- Contribute to Architecture Review Board (ARB) and governance processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

Core Infrastructure :

- Strong experience in data center and enterprise infrastructure design, virtualization, containerization (Kubernetes), and storage systems.

Networking :

- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, VPNs, cloud networking (AWS/Azure), and load balancing.

Cloud & Hybrid :

- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid/air-gapped environments.

AI/ML & Data Platforms :

- Experience supporting infra for GPU workloads (H100, L4), data platforms (Kafka, Spark, Flink), and real-time analytics.

Deployment & DevOps :

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and observability.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure and network architecture.

- Proven experience in designing and deploying large-scale, mission-critical systems.

- Strong ability to translate product requirements into scalable infrastructure designs.

- Experience working in customer-facing roles and complex enterprise environments.
