Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support SAP SD Retail / IS-Retail modules based on business requirements.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand retail processes and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Handle end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support activities.

- Configure and support retail-specific processes including pricing, promotions, sales, billing, and logistics integration.

- Perform system testing, support UAT, and assist in go-live and post-go-live activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD Retail issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Prepare functional documentation including business blueprints, functional specifications, and test cases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (MM, FICO, WM/EWM).

- Provide knowledge transfer and end-user training when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP SD Retail / IS-Retail Consultant.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP SD Retail and IS-Retail modules.

- Proven experience in SAP SD Retail implementations and production support.

- Good understanding of retail business processes and industry best practices.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business and technical teams.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA Retail.

- Exposure to POS integration and retail analytics.

- SAP SD or IS-Retail certification is a plus.

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
