As a Salesforce Developer specializing in CPQ, you will serve as a technical lead responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex Configure, Price, Quote solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate intricate business requirements into robust technical architectures. Your work will directly influence the sales efficiency and revenue operations of our global clients, ensuring that their quote-to-cash processes are seamless, scalable, and highly performant.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement complex Salesforce CPQ solutions to streamline sales processes and improve quote accuracy for enterprise clients.

- Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components to extend Salesforce functionality beyond standard configurations.

- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with external ERP and billing systems to ensure data consistency and end-to-end process automation.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and technical design sessions to maintain high standards of code quality and system performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, providing timely technical support to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices for Salesforce development and CPQ implementation.

Job Requirements :

- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers, and integrations (REST/SOAP).

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, quote templates, and quote-to-cash processes.

- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Participate in code reviews, enforce development standards, and promote best practices.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
