Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Production Support to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of mission-critical enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in production support, incident management, application monitoring, and service reliability, with hands-on exposure to SRE practices. You will work closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to resolve production issues, improve system resilience, and maintain high service availability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2/L3 production support for business-critical applications.

- Monitor application health, system performance, and production environments using enterprise monitoring tools.

- Investigate production incidents and ensure timely resolution within SLA commitments.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures.

- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and application teams to resolve complex issues.

- Manage major incidents, communicate updates to stakeholders, and drive service restoration.

- Analyze logs, alerts, and monitoring dashboards to identify system anomalies.

- Support application deployments, production releases, and post-release validation.

- Create and maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual operational tasks.

- Monitor system availability, reliability, latency, and capacity to ensure optimal performance.

- Participate in change management, release management, and problem management activities.

- Perform health checks and preventive maintenance activities for production systems.

- Support disaster recovery, backup validation, and business continuity initiatives.

- Work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support for critical production environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and service reliability.
