- Lead the architecture and development of highly scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and modern application design principles.
- Define technical architecture, application design patterns, coding standards, development frameworks, and engineering best practices across multiple technology teams.
- Design and implement distributed, resilient, highly available backend systems capable of handling high-volume transactions and complex business workflows.
- Drive modernization of legacy Java applications into scalable, modular, API-driven and cloud-ready architectures.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across the complete software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, performance optimization, and production support.
- Design and govern enterprise-grade RESTful APIs, integration frameworks, event-driven architectures, and service-to-service communication patterns.
- Work closely with product managers, engineering leaders, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of microservices-based architectures with appropriate service boundaries, communication patterns, resiliency, observability, and fault tolerance.
- Ensure applications follow enterprise standards for security, authentication, authorization, data protection, logging, monitoring, and compliance.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, proof-of-concepts, technology evaluations, and design workshops.

Technical Expertise :
- Strong and extensive experience with Core Java, Java 8/11/17+ and advanced Java programming concepts.
- Deep expertise in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security and Spring-based enterprise application development.
- Strong experience designing and implementing Microservices architectures.
- Expertise in REST APIs, API gateways, service integration, asynchronous communication, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of Java concurrency, multithreading, JVM internals, memory management, garbage collection, performance tuning, and application profiling.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns including Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, Layered Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, and distributed system patterns.
