Description :

Were looking for a .NET Azure Developer to design, build, and scale secure, cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. Youll partner with product, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems using C#/.NET, Azure PaaS services, and modern CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate is strong in back-end engineering, cloud architecture, and observability, with a product mindset and a passion for automation.

Key Responsibilities :

Application & API Development :

- Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and background services using C#/.NET (6/7/8).

- Build asynchronous, event-driven components using Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, or Event Hubs.

- Integrate with authentication/authorization flows using Azure AD / Entra ID, OAuth2, OpenID Connect.

Cloud Architecture & Azure Services :

- Design cloud-native solutions using Azure App Service, AKS (Kubernetes), Functions, API Management, Storage, Cosmos DB, SQL Database, Key Vault, Application Insights, and Front Door.

- Implement resiliency, caching, and performance patterns (retry, circuit breaker, bulkhead, caching with Redis).

- Set up infrastructure-as-code (IaC) with Bicep or Terraform.

DevOps, CI/CD & Quality :

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions) for automated build/test/deploy.

- Ensure automated testing across unit, integration, and contract tests (xUnit/NUnit/Moq/FluentAssertions/WireMock).

- Implement observability (App Insights, logs, metrics, traces) and drive SLOs with dashboards/alerts.

Security & Compliance :

- Apply secure coding and cloud security best practices (Key Vault, MSI, Private Endpoints, networking).

- Conduct code reviews, threat modeling (STRIDE basics), and dependency scanning (SCA).

Collaboration & Delivery :

- Work with Product to refine requirements; break down epics to user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, retros).

- Document architecture, decisions (ADR), and operational runbooks.
