Infosys - Java Technical Lead - Spring Boot/Microservices Architecture

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular to lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, solution design, code quality, and mentoring team members, while remaining hands-on in development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality, reusable, and maintainable applications.

- Architect and implement Java Spring Boot-based microservices and RESTful APIs.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members.

- Design and implement front-end solutions using Angular (version 13 and above).

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and SOLID principles.

- Review code, identify performance bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.

- Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure application reliability and quality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and application-level issues.

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.

- Participate in technical decision-making, estimations, and solution discussions.

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Skills :

- 7+ years of experience building enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Strong hands-on experience with Angular (v13 or above).

- Proven experience in RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and SOLID principles.

Experience with :

- IDEs such as IntelliJ

- Version control systems (Git)

- Build tools (Gradle, Maven)

- Unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, etc.)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to debug and optimize applications.
