About the Role :

We are hiring an experienced Java Solution Architect to lead the architecture and development of enterprise-grade, cloud-native applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, AWS, Microservices, DevOps, and modern software architecture, along with the ability to guide engineering teams through complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Translate business requirements into high-level and low-level technical architecture.

- Lead architecture decisions across microservices, cloud, databases, and distributed systems.

- Define reusable frameworks, coding standards, and architecture best practices.

- Design and optimize REST APIs and event-driven architectures using Kafka.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud deployments.

- Drive solution design using AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

- Review technical deliverables and mentor development squads.

- Ensure application scalability, security, reliability, and performance.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and conduct root-cause analysis.

- Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate.

- Extensive experience with Microservices and REST API development.

- Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, SNS, SQS, RDS, DynamoDB).

- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, and CI/CD.

- Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL, and distributed databases.

- Familiarity with Kafka, ELK Stack, Grafana, Kibana, InfluxDB, and monitoring tools.

- Knowledge of C4 Architecture Diagrams, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native design.

- Exposure to Python as a secondary programming language.

- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- AWS Certification is preferred.

- Product development experience of 2+ years.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Git and peer reviews.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA, or equivalent.

Ideal Candidate :

- 8 - 15 years of software engineering experience.

- Strong background in solution architecture and enterprise application design.

- Hands-on architect who enjoys coding, mentoring, and solving complex technical problems.

- Experience leading distributed engineering teams and cloud transformation initiatives
