About the Role :

We are seeking passionate Java Software Developers to build scalable backend systems and cloud-native applications using modern Java technologies. You'll work alongside architects and product teams to deliver high-quality enterprise software while following Agile and DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java 11+, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

- Build scalable Microservices and REST APIs.

- Develop cloud-native applications using AWS services.

- Work with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL for application data management.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and DevOps best practices.

- Containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with strong unit testing practices.

- Participate in peer reviews, pair programming, and Agile ceremonies.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

- Contribute to Infrastructure as Code initiatives using Terraform.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java 11+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.

- Experience building REST APIs and Microservices.

- Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud services.

- Strong SQL skills with Oracle or PostgreSQL.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD.

- Familiarity with Kafka, Git, Scrum, and DevOps workflows.

- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Grafana, Kibana, ELK Stack, or InfluxDB.

- Exposure to Python is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :

- AWS certification is a plus.

- Experience in product development and cloud-native applications.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA, or related field.
