Skills Required :

- Hands-on experience with Nutanix AOS environments.

Experience working with :

1. Nutanix AHV

2. VMware ESXi

3. VMware vCenter

- Basic knowledge of Cisco UCS compute platforms.

- Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills.

- Exposure to AIOps platforms and monitoring tools.

- Experience working with Nutanix Prism Central.

Good understanding of :

- Storage concepts

- Networking concepts

- Virtualization technologies

- Experience working in ITIL-based operational environments.

Job Description :

Administer and support Nutanix AOS-based Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) environments.

Operate and manage Nutanix AHV hypervisor including :

- VM lifecycle management

- Snapshot management

- Upgrades and patching activities

Support VMware virtualization environments using :

- VMware ESXi

- VMware vCenter

Perform :

- Virtual Machine provisioning

- Resource expansion

- VM decommissioning activities

- Assist with Nutanix cluster upgrades, maintenance, and patch management activities.

- Monitor infrastructure platform health, availability, and performance.

- Support compute infrastructure using Cisco UCS hardware platforms.

Participate in :

1. Incident management

2. Problem management

3. Change management processes

- Assist with AIOps-based monitoring, alert analysis, and operational troubleshooting.

- Perform root cause analysis and provide timely resolution for infrastructure-related issues.

Maintain and update :

1. Documentation

2. SOPs

3. Operational runbooks

4. Support procedures

- Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and support teams to ensure stable and reliable platform

operations.

- Support operational activities and ensure adherence to SLA and ITIL processes.
