Qualification : Graduate/Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / Hardware & Networking.

About the Role :

Lead IT service delivery, manage infrastructure, and oversee local & global IT projects for our India operations.

Ensure business-aligned IT services, infrastructure uptime, and exceptional internal customer experience.

Responsibilities :

- Manage & deploy local IT projects; roll out global initiatives in India.

- Oversee IT infrastructure (servers, network, security, software) & service desk operations.

- Vendor management for IT services and procurement negotiations.

- Support Tally Prime operations and ERP integration.

- Ensure ITIL-based processes for incident/change/problem management.

- Manage CCTV, VC devices, and telephony systems.

- Lead and mentor IT support teams, ensuring SLA adherence.

Qualifications :

- Graduate/Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / Hardware & Networking.

Required Skills :

- Strong infrastructure & network knowledge (Fortinet, Cisco, VMware, Veeam, Azure).

- ITIL foundation/certification preferred.

- Experience in Automation / MES & global IT team coordination.

- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/JD Edwards).

- Knowledge of ISO27001/2 is a plus.

- Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- ITIL foundation/certification preferred.
