Key Responsibilities :

- Provide day-to-day support for ETL batch processes using Informatica PowerCenter.

- Monitor and manage ETL workflows and batch jobs to ensure successful execution.

- Troubleshoot batch failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions.

- Conduct impact analysis for batch failures and proposed changes.

- Perform batch recovery and restart failed jobs to minimize downtime.

- Coordinate with development and operations teams to resolve issues and optimize batch processes.

- Work with job scheduling tools such as Autosys, TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler), or Control-M for effective batch scheduling and monitoring.

- Maintain detailed documentation for batch processes, incidents, and resolutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve batch processing reliability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter ETL support and batch processing.

- Strong experience in batch monitoring, troubleshooting, impact analysis, and recovery.

- Proficient in working with job schedulers such as Autosys, TWS, or Control-M.

- Good understanding of ETL workflows, data pipelines, and related processes.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
