Job Description :

We're Hiring : Salesforce Sr. Developer / Jr. Architect

Location : Pune (Hybrid - 2 Days WFO)

Experience : 8+ Years

Mode : Hybrid (2 days work from office per week)

Key Responsibilities :

- Hands-on development in Salesforce with a focus on CPQ, CLM, and custom implementations.

- Deliver scalable, high-quality architecture and development solutions.

- Validate solutions and own the end-to-end implementation across domains.

- Align technical designs with both short-term and long-term business goals.

- Build and manage custom integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where applicable.

- Guide and support cross-functional teams in using Salesforce and associated business tools.

- Design robust integration frameworks (cloud-hosted or client-hosted systems).

- Collaborate across global teams; non-IST work hours may occasionally be required.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of Salesforce development and architecture design experience.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Flows).

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and CLM is essential.

- Proficiency in designing and developing custom integration solutions.

- Solid understanding of sales and contract lifecycle processes.

- Strong programming fundamentals and development best practices.

- Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt in fast-paced environments.

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
