Job Title : AI/ML Engineer/Data Scientist

Location : Jaipur

Experience : 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build scalable AI and ML models to solve business challenges.

- Develop and optimize deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, LLMs).

- Work on Generative AI use cases (LLMs, prompt engineering, text summarization, embeddings, vector databases).

- Implement end-to-end ML pipelines from data preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems.

- Research, prototype, and evaluate new algorithms in NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.

- Deploy models using tools like TensorFlow Serving, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, or Hugging Face Hub.

- Ensure scalability, robustness, and ethical AI practices in deployed systems.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI-based solutions.

- Strong programming skills in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.

- Expertise in one or more of the following areas :

1. Natural Language Processing (NLP) LLMs, text classification, NER, embeddings

2. Computer Vision image recognition, object detection, OCR

3. Generative AI OpenAI, LangChain, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone)

- Experience with MLOps tools MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.

- Proficiency in cloud platforms AWS / GCP / Azure AI services.

- Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience fine-tuning or deploying Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.

- Familiarity with API development (FastAPI, Flask) for serving models.

- Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
