About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and visionary BI Architect to join our team. The BI Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions, leveraging strategic thinking, technical expertise, and architectural leadership. This role is critical in driving data-driven decision-making by building scalable, reusable, and high-performance BI frameworks that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Architect and Design Solutions :

- Conduct current state assessments to prescribe a Data & Analytics (D&A) modernization strategy and a data-culture transformation roadmap.

- Architect modern, secure, high-performance, and self-service analytics solutions focused on user adoption.

- Incorporate people, processes, and technology levers in BI solutions design.

- Review and optimize existing analytics solutions and processes to accelerate business value.

Provide Advisory and Consulting Services :

- Lead consulting engagements across projects and accounts, offering expert advice and guidance.

- Support pre-sales activities, including engaging prospects, conducting workshops, developing solutions and points of view, scoping, writing proposals, and collaborating with partners.

- Assist sales and marketing teams in enablement activities.

Systematically Develop and Maintain Offerings :

- Drive the development of BI offerings and lead pilot implementations.

- Define, enhance, and internalize implementation methodologies, processes, and templates for prioritized solutions.

Contribute to Organizational Strategy :

- Provide thought leadership to stay ahead in the market.

- Establish and manage innovation labs focused on BI and analytics.

- Support Go-to-Market (GTM) partnerships with channel partners.

- Lead prioritized strategic initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience :

Experience :

- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence architecture, data analytics, or related fields.

- Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale BI solutions in complex environments.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in BI tools and platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar.

- Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, data modeling, and database management (SQL, NoSQL).

- Experience with cloud BI solutions (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.

- Familiarity with modern data architecture concepts such as Data Lakes, Data Mesh, or Data Fabric.

Soft Skills :

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work in collaborative environments.

- Consulting and advisory experience preferred.
