Role : Senior Engineer DDN Infinia (AI Object Storage/Data Platform)

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 5+ years in distributed storage systems, object storage, or AI data platforms

About the role

Operate and optimize AI?centric data pipelines on DDN Infinia, integrating with GPU clusters and AI frameworks to deliver sub?ms data access and predictable throughput across core, cloud, and edge environments.

Responsibilities :

- Design and operate multi tenant, high throughput object storage clusters (S3 APIs), lifecycle policies, erasure coding, QoS, and event driven movement.

- Integrate with AI stacks (PyTorch/TensorFlow, Spark/Trino; NVIDIA DGX/Spectrum?X/BlueField).

- Implement observability (latency, throughput, metadata ops), capacity/perf planning, and SLA runbooks.

- Secure data at scale (authN/Z, secrets, tenancy boundaries) and manage upgrades, DR, and compliance.

Must have :

- 5+ years in Linux systems, distributed storage, and S3/object internals.

- Hands?on with GPU?adjacent storage patterns (checkpointing, KV?cache offload).

- IaC/automation (Terraform/Ansible), Kubernetes, CI/CD; scripting (Python/Go/Bash).

Nice to have :

- Familiarity with DDN Infinia 2.0 and NVIDIA ecosystem integration.
