We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented R Programmer to join our analytics team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization using R.

You will play a key role in managing large datasets, developing analytical workflows, and delivering actionable insights through interactive dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities :

- Data Analysis : Perform advanced data analysis on large, complex datasets using R to identify key patterns, trends, and relationships.

- Data Cleaning & Validation : Conduct thorough data cleaning, validation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.

- Reporting & Visualization : Design and develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using R Shiny, ggplot2, or similar visualization tools to communicate findings effectively.

- Workflow Development : Build, automate, and maintain data processing pipelines and analysis workflows for efficient and repeatable analytics operations.

- Statistical Modeling : Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to support data-driven decision-making and business strategy.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as an R Programmer, Data Analyst, or Data Scientist.

- Experience with R Shiny, or other reporting frameworks for creating interactive dashboards.

- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data modeling.

- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases for data extraction and transformation.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
