We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect to design and govern scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions. The role focuses on technical architecture, integrations, CMDB governance, security, and platform scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define technical architecture and solution design for ServiceNow implementations.

- Design and implement enterprise integrations using REST APIs and Integration Hub.

- Ensure CMDB health, governance, and data quality.

- Establish development standards, coding guidelines, and architecture guardrails.

- Review technical designs and provide architecture recommendations.

- Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance optimization.

- Work closely with consultants, developers, and stakeholders on technical delivery.

- Lead technical troubleshooting and complex issue resolution.
