Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.

- Lead modules or small projects, providing technical guidance and ownership.

- Build and optimize high-performance systems with a focus on reliability and scalability.

- Work with relational, NoSQL, and columnar databases to design efficient data models.

- Implement asynchronous and event-driven architectures using message brokers.

- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms using containerization technologies.

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

- Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills :

- Strong backend development experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or Golang.

- Experience leading a module or project with ownership of design and delivery.

- Strong understanding of relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.

- Experience with NoSQL and columnar databases including MongoDB, Cassandra, SingleStore, Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake.

- Hands-on experience with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS.

- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
