About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Data Warehousing, ETL development, and Business Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing enterprise-scale data warehouse solutions, optimizing databases, and delivering high-quality reporting and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Data Warehouse solutions.

- Build and optimize ETL processes for data integration and transformation.

- Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and data pipelines.

- Implement data migration and replication solutions using SSIS and CDC.

- Design dimensional data models, including Star and Snowflake schemas.

- Create and deliver insightful reports and dashboards using SSRS.

- Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across data platforms.

- Support Business Intelligence initiatives, including data cubes and analytics solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver business requirements.

- Participate in Agile development processes and CI/CD implementations.

- Support deployment and operationalization of Machine Learning models where required.

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server.

- Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience with SSRS for reporting and dashboard development.

- Experience with SSIS, CDC, and data migration/replication techniques.

- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

- Experience designing Star Schema and Snowflake Schema architectures.

- Knowledge of database administration and optimization best practices.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps/CI-CD practices.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Data Cubes and Business Intelligence platforms.
