About the Role :

We are building the next generation of software engineering systems where AI agents collaborate with engineers to design, build, review, test, and ship software at scale.

As a Software Engineer, you will work on AI-first engineering platforms focused on :

- AI-assisted software architecture

- Agent-driven code generation

- Automated and semi-manual code reviews

- Integrated engineering and delivery tools

- AI-driven quality automation

You will help build internal platforms that improve how software is developed across the organization.

What You'll Work On :

- Build systems that enable AI agents to understand and generate code.

- Develop repository indexing, memory, and retrieval systems.

- Build integrations with CI/CD systems, code repositories, and engineering tools.

- Develop intelligent workflows for code generation, testing, and code reviews.

- Experiment with LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation systems.

- Build tools that improve engineering productivity across teams.
