TenForce is an expert in EHSQ and Operational Risk Management software, based in Belgium and part of Elisa IndustriQ - a Finnish group committed to making intelligent manufacturing happen.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and MSSQL.

- Collaborate closely with fellow developers and customers to understand needs and deliver accurate, timely solutions.

- Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and implement robust fixes with minimal supervision.

- Work as part of an application support team, addressing customer concerns and system-related problems.

- Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.

- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving requirements in a fast-paced environment.

- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure coding best practices.

- Communicate effectively with international teams and customers with a strong focus on clarity and customer centricity.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of professional software development experience (projects or side projects considered).

- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and .NET Core development.

- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET web application development.

- Proficiency with MSSQL, including queries, performance tuning, and schema design.

- Experience working as part of an application support or customer-facing technical team.

- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to provide quick, accurate feedback.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and autonomy.

- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment.

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

- A healthy sense of humor and a mild level of craziness.
