Role Overview :

We are looking for a motivated Flutter Developer with 12 years of hands-on experience to join our mobile engineering team. You will work on building, maintaining, and optimizing cross-platform mobile applications, collaborating closely with senior engineers, designers, and product stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys writing clean, structured Dart code and wants to grow into a strong mobile engineer.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain reusable UI components and modular application features using Flutter.

- Implement app state management using the Bloc pattern to ensure predictable, testable, and scalable app behavior.

- Integrate REST APIs to fetch, sync, and manage data between the app and backend services.

- Implement and manage local storage solutions (e.g., SharedPreferences, Hive, SQLite) for offline data persistence.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-structured asynchronous Dart code (Future, async/await, Streams).

- Implement push notifications end-to-end using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).

- Integrate and monitor Firebase Crashlytics to track, diagnose, and resolve app crashes and stability issues.

- Build responsive UI layouts that perform well across different screen sizes and devices, with a focus on performance optimization.

- Use Git for version control, including branching, pull requests, and collaborative code reviews.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain high code quality.

- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver polished, functional features on schedule.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience developing Flutter applications published or in active development.

- State Management : Practical experience with the Bloc / Cubit pattern for state management.

- API Integration : Solid experience integrating REST APIs, handling JSON parsing, error handling, and network states.

- Local Storage : Experience with local storage/caching solutions such as Hive, SQLite, or SharedPreferences.

- Asynchronous Dart : Strong understanding of asynchronous programming in Dart (Future, async/await, Streams) and clean code structure/architecture.

- Push Notifications : Experience implementing push notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).

- Crash Monitoring : Familiarity with Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting and app stability monitoring.

- Version Control : Proficiency with Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and merge conflict resolution.

- UI/Performance : Ability to build responsive UI across screen sizes and apply performance optimization best practices (widget rebuilds, lazy loading, image optimization, etc.).

- Understanding of modular, reusable component design and clean application architecture.

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with native Android/iOS concepts and platform channels.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile app builds and deployments (Fastlane, Codemagic, etc.).

- Basic understanding of app store/play store release processes.

- Familiarity with unit/widget testing in Flutter.
