Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance software solutions.

The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in backend development using .NET OR Node.js, as well as frontend technologies such as React OR Angular.

You will be responsible for defining the architecture, ensuring best practices, and leading technical decision-making across projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures for web applications.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

- Evaluate and recommend the best technologies and frameworks based on project requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between backend and frontend technologies.

- Define coding standards, best practices, and ensure code quality through reviews.

- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) development to validate new technologies and approaches.

- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in software development.

- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements :

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Backend Development : Strong expertise in .NET (C#) and Node.js, including API development, microservices, and cloud deployment.

- Frontend Development : Proficiency in React.js and Angular, with experience in state management and performance optimization.

- Architecture & Design : Experience in designing scalable, distributed, and cloud-native architectures.

- Cloud Platforms : Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services.

- Database Management : Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.

- DevOps & CI/CD : Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with message queues like RabbitMQ, Kafka.

- Knowledge of serverless computing.

- Exposure to AI/ML-based solutions.
