ROLE OVERVIEW :

We are seeking an accomplished .NET Technical Project Manager with 15+ years of industry experience to lead enterprise-grade software delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in .NET ecosystems, Angular cloud-native architectures (AWS), and Agentic / Generative AI, combined with strong leadership capabilities to manage cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and end-to-end delivery pipelines. This is a high-impact hybrid role based out of our Hyderabad office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Delivery Management :

- Own end-to-end delivery of complex .NET-based products across multiple squads using Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies

- Drive release planning, sprint cadences, risk identification, and mitigation strategies

- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality standards and measurable KPIs

2. People & Team Management :

- Lead, mentor, and grow teams of 15-30 engineers, architects, QA, and DevOps professionals

- Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and talent retention programs

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

3. Stakeholder Management :

- Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders, C-suite executives, and engineering teams

- Prepare and present delivery dashboards, status reports, and executive-level roadmaps

- Manage scope, priorities, and expectations across global and cross-functional teams

4. Technical Oversight :

- Oversee solution design and architecture reviews on .NET Core / .NET 8 microservices deployed on AWS

- Drive cloud-native practices : containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code

- Champion adoption of Agentic AI / LLM integrations to enhance product capabilities and developer productivity

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :

1. Experience & Education :

- 15+ years of progressive IT experience with 5+ years in technical project / program management roles

- B.E. / B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)

- Certifications : PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM strongly preferred; AWS Certified Solutions Architect a plus

2. .NET & Architecture :

- Hands-on expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, .NET 6/8, C#, and Entity Framework Core

- Strong grasp of Microservices architecture patterns : API Gateway, Service Mesh, Event-Driven (Kafka/SQS)

- Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and Event Sourcing

- Experience with front end technologies : Angular

3. Cloud & DevOps (AWS) :

- Proficiency with AWS services : ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, CloudFormation, and CodePipeline

- Experience with multi-region deployments, cost optimization, and cloud security (IAM, Secrets Manager)

- Familiarity with IaC tools : Terraform or AWS CDK

4. AI / Agentic AI :

- Experience delivering AI-powered features using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar LLM platforms

- Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel) and RAG architectures

- Exposure to AI-assisted SDLC : GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude code

5. Soft Skills :

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills

- Ability to work effectively under ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive organizational change
