Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer and Lead with 6.5 - 14 years of experience in software development to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in .NET technologies, leadership skills, and experience in mentoring teams and driving best practices.

Must have skills:

- Microservices, Design Patterns/System Designs, Entity Framework Core/LINQ, .Net Core, Azure or AWS, Angular or React, Databases (PostgreSQL or SQL), Kafka or RabbitMQ or ServiceBus, DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and QA teams.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software development lifecycle processes.

- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.

- Participate in architectural discussions and solution design.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality.

Required Skills:

- 6.5 - 14 years of experience in software development.

- Strong expertise in .NET Core 8.0 / C#.

- Hands-on experience in ASP.NET Core, Web API development.

- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular/React is a plus.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
