Power Platform Developer.

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on experience in Model-Driven App development, Dataverse customizations, Plugin engineering, Web Resources, and Power Automate flow orchestration.

The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Model-Driven App Development :

- Design and develop Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse, including custom tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, and dashboards.

- Build advanced backend logic using C# Plugins, Custom APIs, synchronous/asynchronous pipeline operations, and server-side business logic.

- Develop custom UI experiences using JavaScript Web Resources, HTML, CSS, and PCF controls.

- Implement and optimize Power Automate Flows for approvals, data processing, event-driven automation, and background workflows.

- Troubleshoot and enhance app performance across plugins, flows, form scripts, and Dataverse operations.

Integration & Extensibility :

- Develop and consume REST APIs and Custom Connectors to integrate Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse with external systems.

- Implement plugin-based logic for data validation, transformation, and external synchronization.

- Manage solution lifecycle (ALM), versioning, and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Security, Governance & Compliance :

- Configure Dataverse security roles, field-level security, team access, and hierarchical security models.

- Ensure proper environment governance, solution management, and ALM across development and production.

- Apply platform best practices, DLP policies, and compliance guidelines.

Technical Skills :

- Strong experience with :

- Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse schema design, form/view customization.

- C# Plugins, Custom APIs, Workflow Extensions.

- JavaScript Web Resources, HTML, CSS, Ribbon/Commanding.

- Power Automate Flows (cloud flows, approval flows, automation workflows).

- PCF Components (nice to have).

- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript.

- Good understanding of SQL or PostgreSQL and data migration techniques.

- Experience with source control (Git, Azure DevOps).

- Familiarity with Power Pages and Liquid templates (optional but beneficial).

Preferred Certifications :

- Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400).

- Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900).

- Microsoft Certified : Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
