About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Principal IFS Cloud Expert with 8+ years of total experience in the IFS product suite. This role requires a proven track record, specifically including involvement in a minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementations of IFS Cloud.

This is a fully remote opportunity within India, focused on leveraging your expertise to design, implement, and optimize IFS Cloud solutions for our clients, ensuring business satisfaction and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

- IFS Cloud Implementation Leadership : Lead and manage the full lifecycle of IFS Cloud implementations (version 21R1 or later), including planning, requirements gathering, design blueprinting, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.

- Architecture & Solution Design : Act as the primary technical and functional authority for IFS Cloud, designing robust, scalable solutions that align with complex business processes, particularly in manufacturing, service management, or ERP domain areas.

- Customization and Configuration : Execute advanced configuration and customization within the IFS Cloud platform, utilizing tools like Lobby, Aurena pages, Custom Fields, and Event Management to meet specific client needs without compromising upgradeability.

- Integration Expertise : Define and oversee integration strategies for IFS Cloud with external systems, leveraging modern tools and methods (e.g., IFS Connect, REST APIs) to ensure seamless data flow.

- Business Process Alignment : Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders and process owners to analyze existing workflows, identify gaps, and re-engineer processes to maximize the value derived from the IFS Cloud platform.

- Testing and Quality Assurance : Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing - UAT) to ensure the stability, performance, and integrity of the implemented solution.

- Mentorship and Documentation : Provide expert guidance and technical mentorship to project teams and client staff. Produce high-quality functional and technical documentation, including solution design documents and training materials.

Required Skill Set (Mandatory Skills) :

- Experience : 8+ years of total functional and/or technical experience working with the IFS ERP suite.

- IFS Cloud Cycles : Mandatory proven track record of a minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementations of IFS Cloud (including upgrades or net-new implementations).

- Technical/Functional Mastery : Deep expertise in configuration, customization, and implementation methodologies specific to the IFS Cloud platform.

- Core Modules : Strong knowledge of key IFS functional areas (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Service Management).

- Integration : Experience defining and supporting integrations for IFS using standard IFS tooling and APIs.

- Communication : Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing consulting skills, capable of leading executive-level discussions.

Preferred Skills :

- Certification in IFS Cloud or specific core IFS modules.

- Experience with data migration strategies and tools for moving legacy data into IFS Cloud.

- Familiarity with the use of embedded analytics and reporting tools within IFS Cloud.
