Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated AWS Cloud Architect to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure and scalable cloud solutions on the AWS platform. You will collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and security engineers to ensure our cloud infrastructure meets the evolving needs of our business and our customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation, optimizing performance, and ensuring the reliability of our cloud-based services, ultimately impacting the user experience and contributing to significant business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure cloud architectures on AWS, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

- Lead the migration of existing applications and infrastructure to the AWS cloud, minimizing disruption and maximizing efficiency.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud infrastructure, including architecture diagrams, configuration details, and operational procedures, enabling knowledge sharing and efficient troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with security teams to implement and enforce security policies and procedures within the AWS environment, protecting sensitive data and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Optimize cloud infrastructure costs by identifying and implementing cost-saving measures, such as resource optimization, automation, and right-sizing, maximizing return on investment.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining high availability of critical services.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex cloud architectures on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, and IAM.

- Proven expertise in cloud security best practices, including identity and access management, data encryption, and network security.

- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including routing, firewalls, load balancing, and VPNs.

- Proficiency in Linux system administration and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
