Job Summary :

We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our AI-driven platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence, with a proven track record of developing scalable AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement advanced AI/ML algorithms and models.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Research and explore new AI/ML techniques and technologies.

- Integrate third-party AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Dialogflow, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI) into web or software

applications.

- Develop intelligent workflows, chatbots, and automation systems based on predefined logic.

- Build and test AI chat interfaces or recommendation flows using no-code/low-code AI platforms where needed.

- Train and optimize AI/ML models on large datasets.

- Evaluate and improve the performance of AI/ML models.

- Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to create high-quality datasets.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of AI/ML.

- Mentor and guide developers, providing technical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Skills & Requirements :

- Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 1- 2 years of experience in web/software development with AI integration and Strong programming skills in Python.

- Basic understanding of NLP and AI automation tools.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Working knowledge of JavaScript, Python, React.JS or Node.js (preferred).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control, Docker, testing, and CI/CD.

- Experience working in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
