Identity Security Solution Engineer - Privilege Access Management

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Identity Security Solution Engineer to join our Information Security team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), cloud identity solutions, and privileged access management. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing identity security solutions while collaborating with global teams to enhance security posture and operational maturity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions

- Work on IAM lifecycle management including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance

- Develop and enhance cloud identity solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP

- Implement and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions

- Work with tools like CyberArk and Saviynt for identity governance and security

- Automate identity processes using scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.)

- Manage identity stores such as Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory

- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve security controls and processes

- Contribute to security documentation including policies, standards, and procedures

- Support security audits, compliance, and governance initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)

- Hands-on experience with Entra ID / Azure AD and Active Directory

- Expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM)

- Experience with CyberArk and Saviynt (preferred)

- Knowledge of cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, and/or GCP

- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or similar)

- Understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)

- Experience in security controls, risk, and compliance frameworks

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in financial services / fintech domain

- Exposure to secrets management solutions

- Relevant certifications in IAM, Cloud, or Security (nice to have)
