Role Overview :

We're seeking a Principal Business Analyst with hands-on experience in airline cost management to bridge business needs with innovative SaaS solutions. You'll work closely with global airline clients, internal product teams, and partners to design and implement systems that drive efficiency, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document airline cost and billing requirements (Fuel, ATC, GH, catering, etc.).

- Map customer workflows to iConcile's SaaS modules (iConCMIV, iConSBS, iConRPS).

- Collaborate with product and tech teams to design SIS-compliant, scalable solutions.

- Support end-to-end implementations - requirements, UAT, training, and go-live.

- Analyze data to identify cost trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.

Requirements :

- 3 - 4 years of experience in airline cost management, finance, or ERP-based billing/reconciliation.

- Strong knowledge of SIS processes, DOC accounting, and airline cost structures.

- Hands-on with Excel/Power BI, SQL, and requirement tools like JIRA/Confluence.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with similar industry platforms is a plus.
