Our culture emphasizes technical rigor, continuous learning, and a commitment to delivering robust infrastructure solutions that drive business efficiency.

Role Overview:

As an Azure Bilingual Engineer, you will serve as a technical bridge between our global stakeholders and our core engineering teams. You will be responsible for the design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of Azure-based cloud environments, ensuring that infrastructure remains secure, scalable, and cost-effective. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, while providing high-level support to resolve critical performance bottlenecks. Your work directly impacts the reliability of our clients' digital platforms, ensuring seamless operations across multiple geographic regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud resources, including provisioning, monitoring, and decommissioning, to ensure optimal resource utilization.

- Implement automated deployment pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices to increase the speed and reliability of cloud service delivery.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues within the Azure environment, working with internal teams to minimize downtime and maintain service level agreements.

- Facilitate clear technical communication between international stakeholders and local engineering teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.

Required Skillset:

- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration across different time zones.

- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional experience in cloud administration and infrastructure management, preferably within a client-facing or consulting capacity.

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in cloud engineering.
