Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced IBM Z Mainframe Engineer / DB2 Systems Administrator Lead with strong expertise in DB2 z/OS administration, performance tuning, and enterprise mainframe infrastructure management. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of System Z environments and hands-on experience in managing high-availability DB2 ecosystems.

Responsibilities :

- Manage and support DB2 z/OS environments across enterprise systems

- Perform DB2 installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades using SMP/E

- Handle DB2 performance tuning, monitoring, backup, and recovery processes

- Support Parallel Sysplex, RACF, Coupling Facility, and high-availability configurations

- Troubleshoot complex system and database issues in production environments

- Work with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to ensure system stability and performance

- Support modernization initiatives and integration with distributed technologies
