- We are looking for a Senior TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics Developer to own and deliver end-to-end TM1 solutions supporting financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.

- This role works closely with Finance and Finance Systems teams to ensure stable operations, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of the TM1 platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end TM1 development, enhancements, and support.

- Design and maintain TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders, and Turbo Integrator (TI) processes.

- Develop reports and input templates using PAW, PAX, and TM1 Perspectives.

- Integrate TM1 with ERP systems, data warehouses, and other data sources.

- Optimize system performance and ensure data accuracy and reconciliation.

- Manage user security, access controls, governance, and audit requirements.

- Provide user support, training, and documentation.

- Drive automation and continuous improvements using SQL and Python.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 7+ years in BI / Financial Systems with 5+ years of hands-on TM1 / Planning Analytics experience.

- Strong expertise in TM1 development (cubes, rules, feeders, TI).

- Advanced SQL skills; Python experience preferred.

- Good understanding of finance concepts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

- Experience working directly with finance stakeholders.

Good to Have :

- Python automation, TM1 REST API, data lakes.

- Exposure to AI/ML forecasting, RPA, Power BI or Tableau.
