Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced IBM Maximo professional with extensive hands-on expertise in Maximo platform customization, integration, and automation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge across Maximo versions (7.6.x / MAS 8/9), excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to design and implement scalable enterprise asset management (EAM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of IBM Maximo solutions across enterprise environments.

- Perform Maximo platform customization including MBO classes, automation scripts, and workflows.

- Manage integration development using REST/SOAP APIs, MIF, and middleware tools.

- Drive upgrades and migrations from Maximo 7.6.x to MAS 8/9 platforms.

- Configure database components attributes, relationships, and indexes to optimize system performance.

- Design and manage workflows, application layouts, conditional UIs, and escalations based on business needs.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and developers to ensure seamless delivery of Maximo projects.

- Implement CI/CD practices using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools to support automation and deployment.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in Maximo best practices, scripting, and integration development.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) principles.

- Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) deployment and container-based environments.

- Proven ability to manage complex integrations with third-party systems.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
