IBM Cognos TM1 Developer - Analytics Solutions

Description :

We are seeking an experienced IBM Cognos TM1 Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise planning and analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in TM1/Planning Analytics and a solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, and processes.

- Implement TM1 Turbo Integrator scripts for data loading and automation.

- Configure and maintain TM1 servers and security settings.

- Develop TM1 Web and TM1 Perspectives reports for business users.

- Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Optimize TM1 models for performance and scalability.

- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.

- Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with IBM Cognos TM1 / Planning Analytics.

- Strong knowledge of Turbo Integrator processes, Rules, and Feeders.

- Proficiency in MDX queries and multidimensional modeling.

- Good understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Experience with Excel integration and TM1 Perspectives.

- Familiarity with TM1 Web and Planning Analytics Workspace.

- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

- Exposure to performance tuning and optimization techniques.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with Python scripting for TM1 automation.

- Knowledge of IBM Cognos BI reporting tools.

- Familiarity with cloud deployment of Planning Analytics.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies.

- 4 to 10 years of experience in TM1 development and administration.
