IBM BPM Software Engineer

About the Role :

Were hiring an IBM BPM Software Engineer with hands-on experience in IBM BPM 8.6 development to design, build, and deploy end-to-end business process solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of BPM workflows, integrations, and enterprise application design.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy IBM BPM 8.6 process applications.

- Build and manage complex BPDs and integration services.

- Work with CSHS (Coaches) for UI and user experience.

- Integrate REST APIs and external systems.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment activities.

- Manage Oracle RDBMS integrations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Technical Skills :

- Should be expert in IBM BPM 8.6 UI framework.

- Should be experienced with BPD design.

- Should have knowledge on process application deployments.

- Should have experience on Oracle RDBMS and integration with IBM BPM

- Advance knowledge on events and gateways

- Should have knowledge on ODM and integration with BPM.

- Should be expert in exception handling at process and service level.

Functional Skills :

- Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred.

- Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices.

- Experience in Agile methodology

- Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization

- Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies
