IBM BPM Consultant

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced IBM BPM Consultant with strong expertise in IBM BPM 8.5.x / 8.6.x and above. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in BPM development, integration, case management, and parallel development processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain IBM BPM applications (8.5.x / 8.6.x+).

- Work extensively with UCAs, gateways, Coach Views, Coaches, event handling, and custom Coach Views.

- Design efficient and user-friendly screens using CSS and service integration inside Coach Views.

- Build and optimize BPDs, subprocesses, nested processes, and process calls.

- Develop inbound/outbound integrations using WSDL and REST APIs.

- Work with IID integration and ensure smooth system workflows.

- Implement and manage Case Management features within BPM.

- Manage toolkits, tracking groups, snapshots, and tracks for parallel development.

- Handle both development and maintenance tasks simultaneously.

Technical Skills :

- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in IBM BPM.

- Strong understanding of BPM architecture and lifecycle.

- Expertise in service orchestration, human tasks, dashboards, and workflow automation.

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- IBM BPM 8.5.x / 8.6.x and above Coach Views, Custom Coach Views, Coaches, and UI Frameworks BPMN, BPD Modeling, and Workflow Design

- REST API & SOAP/WSDL Integration Java / J2EE fundamentals JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX

- SQL Queries & Database Concepts (Oracle / DB2 / MySQL)

- IBM Integration Designer (IID)

- Web Services Integration Case Management Framework Process Server, Process Center, Deployment & Migration

- Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization Version Control Tools (GIT / SVN)

- Agile/Scrum Methodology
