- Design, develop, and implement BPM/BAW workflows, coaches, services, and integrations.

- Work with business analysts to translate requirements into process models and technical solutions.

- Develop UI components using Coaches, Coach Views, and client's ide scripts.

- Build and maintain integration services (REST/SOAP APIs, connectors, adapters).

- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of BPM applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 2+ years of hands?on experience with IBM BPM or IBM BAW.

- Strong knowledge of BPMN, process modeling, and workflow automation.

- Experience with Coaches, Coach Views, Human Services, Integration Services.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Understanding of Java/J2EE, SQL, and integration patterns.

- Experience with deployment, snapshot management, and environment setup.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem's olving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast?paced, collaborative environment.
