Role Description :

This is a hybrid role (on-site and remote) for an IBM BAW Consultant based in Hyderabad. The consultant will be responsible for developing and integrating IBM BAW applications, as well as conducting business process analysis and improvements on a daily basis. Candidates should have 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in the IBM BAW technology landscape.

Qualifications :

Development Responsibilities :

- Design and develop BPM workflows using IBM BAW (formerly BPM).

- Implement end-to-end business process solutions using BPMN, Coach Views, and Integration Services.

- Integrate BAW with external systems via REST APIs, SOAP services, and Java components.

- Customize UI using Coach Framework, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and Ajax.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and process models.

- Conduct unit testing and participate in system/integration testing.

- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Administration Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain BAW environments (Development, Test, Production).

- Perform BAW installation, upgrades, fix packs, and patches.

- Monitor system health, manage logs, and troubleshoot performance issues.
