We are seeking a highly skilled IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) Integration Developer with expertise in healthcare data standards (HL7), IBM DB2, ETL processes, and API development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions between various healthcare systems, ensuring seamless and secure data exchange.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Development & Support :

- Design, develop, configure, and support IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) for seamless application integration.

- Implement RESTful APIs and SOAP web services to facilitate secure data communication between systems.

- Work with HL7 standards to ensure interoperability between healthcare systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring system reliability and uptime.

- Collaborate with teams to design and implement integration solutions for healthcare systems like UltraGenda, PeopleSoft, IMS Maxims, and others.

2. System Integration & API Management :

- Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather integration requirements and design solutions aligning with technical and business objectives.

- Ensure data synchronization between the customer's environment and its private medical insurer clients and affiliates.

- Conduct testing and validation to ensure all integrations function correctly across systems and APIs.

3. Monitoring & Optimization :
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in integration flows.

- Implement logging, error-handling mechanisms, and proactive monitoring strategies.

4. Documentation & Compliance :

- Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, including technical specifications, configuration settings, and support procedures.

- Ensure all integration solutions comply with data privacy regulations and industry standards (e.g., HL7 compliance).

5. Collaboration & Support :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and support teams, to align integration solutions with business needs.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users and clients, ensuring timely issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) Expertise - Hands-on experience in designing and implementing ACE-based integrations.

- Healthcare Data Standards (HL7) - Strong knowledge of HL7 messaging formats and interoperability best practices.

- Database Management (IBM DB2, SQL) - Proficiency in IBM DB2 and SQL scripting for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

- API Development & Integration - Experience in developing and managing RESTful APIs and SOAP web services.

- Integration Patterns & Technologies - Familiarity with MQ, ESB, ETL tools, and data transformation methods.

- Programming Skills - Strong knowledge of Java, SQL, and relevant development frameworks.

- Experience with Healthcare Systems - Exposure to UltraGenda, PeopleSoft, IMS Maxims, and other healthcare solutions is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues.

- Ability to analyze and interpret integration requirements, aligning technical solutions with business goals.
