IBM ACE Developer - JWT/OAuth

Job Description and Skills Required :

We are seeking an experienced IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus (IIB)/App Connect Enterprise (ACE). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ESB, API development, message flows, and ESQL, along with experience in cloud and hybrid integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE)/IBM Integration Bus (IIB).

- Develop message flows, ESQL, Java, and XSLT transformations for seamless data exchange.

- Implement REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and microservices using ACE.

- Configure IBM MQ, Kafka, and other messaging systems for event-driven integrations.

- Work on cloud-based integrations like IBM Cloud, Azure and hybrid deployment models.

- Troubleshoot and optimize performance bottlenecks in ACE/IIB applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, architects, QA) to deliver scalable integration solutions.

- Follow best practices for error handling, logging, and monitoring in ACE.

- Ensure compliance with security policies (TLS/SSL, OAuth, JWT) in API integrations.

- Participate in CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Document technical designs, deployment steps, and operational guides.

- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Open API/Swagger.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git).

- Experience with monitoring tools like IBM Integration Bus Dashboard, Grafana, or Prometheus.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- IBM Certified Integration Developer (ACE/IIB) certification is a plus.
